1. When will i receive my confirmation email?
You will receive your confirmation email with your order number instantly after placing an order.
2. When will i receive my shipping confirmation email with my tracking number?
You will receive your shipping confirmation email 1-4 business days after your purchase.
3. When should i expect to receive my item?
As it is the busy season and are having a high influx of recent orders please allow 1-4 days for us to process items for shipment once an order is placed.
Once an item is shipped estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days. This depends on country and location.
4. What happens if i want to return a item?
We offer returns for 60 days from the date of purchase or other advertised returns periods. Our returns policy can be found below:
As long as the return is initiated in your account and the return is placed in the post within 60 days of receipt of order confirmation email (or longer promotional return period, if applicable);
Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes (you don’t need the clear plastic packaging, except for products sealed for hygiene reasons - see below); and please note customer is responsible for the cost of returns postage.

5. When can i expect a response to my email?
Our office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday. Any email sent outside of those times will be answered as soon as we get back into the office. This includes Facebook messages.
6. What happens if i only receive part of my full order?
Sometimes your items will be sent in seperate parcels depending on your location from our fulfilment centres. Not to worry your other items will be delivered the next day or 2.
