To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ivyandtaylor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the pandemic, a surge in demand for logistics has caused shipping return periods to be prolonged. Therefore, we do not offer returns until further notice.

We will only consider a refund if the order meets the following conditions:

1) The product has a noticeable defect

  • A photo must be attached as proof
  • Refund request must be made within 7 days upon delivery date
  • Damage caused AFTER use will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis
  • Products with no damage are not entitled for a refund

2) The product has been not received at all

  • Tracking number provided indicates that the product has been delivered but not received
  • The shipping company has confirmed that the product is missing or wrongly delivered
