1. When will i receive my confirmation email?

You will receive your confirmation email with your order number instantly after placing an order.

 

2. When will i receive my shipping confirmation email with my tracking number?

You will receive your shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after your purchase.

 

3. When should i expect to receive my item?

Due to COVID-19 our delivery times between 3-12 business days to be on the safe side. This of course depends on country and location.

 

4. What happens if i want to return a item?

 

Due to the pandemic, a surge in demand for logistics has caused shipping return periods to be prolonged. Therefore, we do not offer returns until further notice.

A refund will only be issued if the order meets the following conditions:

1) The product has a noticeable defect

  • A photo must be attached as proof
  • Refund request must be made within 7 days upon delivery date
  • Damage caused AFTER use will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis

2) The product has been not received at all

  • Tracking number provided indicates that the product has been delivered but not received
  • The logistics company has confirmed that the product is missing or wrongly delivered

 

5. When can i expect a response to my email?

Our office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday. Any email sent outside of those times will be answered as soon as we get back into the office. This includes Facebook messages.

 

6. What happens if i only receive part of my full order?

Sometimes your items will be sent in seperate parcels depending on your location from our fulfilment centres. Not to worry your other items will be delivered the next day or 2.
